Amazing service. Unfortunately when my item arrived it was broken. I emailed Friday evening, got a response within minutes. Clear information on how to ask for a replacement. I recently purchased the Chesney 5 Series Fire Brick Set from Stove Spares Ltd, and while there was a minor issue with the initial delivery (I received two left-hand-side bricks instead of a left and right pair), the customer service more than made up for it. Dean quickly resolved the issue by sending out the correct right-hand-side brick, along with two complimentary boxes of kiln-dried kindling as a gesture of goodwill. You really can't fault their customer service — responsive, helpful, and genuinely keen to ensure everything was sorted. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company responds that counts, and Stove Spares Ltd handled it brilliantly. Highly recommended!
