We ordered a 25 ft. Flagpole. It took longer to get as the company had none in stock. We have poured our concrete base and hope to have our flags flying next week. Great addition to our property.

During a severe wind storm, the bottom section of my flag pole bent over and was useless. This replacement section was a perfect fit and looks great. Very happy with purchase!

Easy to use web site, good selection of hard to find stuff, prices are a bit high but it's good quality products.

Flagpole arrived in good condition from manufacturer, but the receiver cap was missing. Flagpole store got another one sent right away.

where is my order? i never received it. USPS tracking says a label was created but they are awaiting package. I want my package or my money back immediately!

With the amount of money I spent, I would have expected a much better experience and line of communication on how many delays I was going to experience. I haven't even opened the product yet, because it arrived SO late, our veteran recognition event was cancelled, since the flagpole was the center point.
