VERVE are a fantastic company to deal with, I put this down to the fact that the whole VERVE team consistently provide the best customer service. The equipment is excellent but in conjunction with the customer service I don’t buy fitness equipment anywhere else unless VERVE don’t have it. Note Please make a plate loaded Leg Extension/Curl attachment for the No gap bench.

Good service overall but the pop up deals are a little annoying and make the website seem a bit touchy on your phone, alway seem to make me press on the wrong location

Called to receive dimensions of an item to pick up and received a very generous deal on my total order. Couldn't be happier with how staff communicated over the phone, easy to talk to and got me the information I was after fast.

Verve have gone above and beyond with their customer service. When they knew their pre order product was not going to arrive on its advertised date, instead of going silent on all fronts like some other companies, they emailed me right away with a variety of options. I was able to put the value of the order plus 10% towards something in stock and it was shipped that same day. Just phenomenal!
