Forty Days into the GOLO Plan
My wife and I started the Golo plan on 1 Sept 2019 after consulting with our doctors. The plan has produced great results not only in weight loss but in our overall health. We feel better and our joints don’t ache anymore. We have lost a combined 36 pounds, not at our target weight but well on our way. Would recommend this life changing program to anyone, but like with any plan consult with your doctor first.

Slow and steady WINS the race.
I follow the food group charts and make a variety of food choices based on GOLO examples and serving sizes. I am not hungry and my snacking urges have dropped dramatically. Immediate results and steady progress has inspired a change in my diet and habits. I’m looking forward to my next bloodwork.

The plan makes sense and is easy to follow. The recipies are delicious. I would recommend GOLO to anyone who is trying to lose weight or just eat healthier.

It's a great program at a glance I love it. I have been in the hospital and have been to complete a program to actually get started, I am still recovering and will apply the program when I can get through the complete program. I love it in principle!

I would like to say theirs nothing that performs miracles with weight loss, but with the GOLO plan my husband and I have managed to change the way we eat and have lost twenty pounds between us , which we’ve never been able to do on other (starving diets)! This is different you don’t starve you just eat healthy ! The information that is sent along with pills helps keep you mindful of what your putting into your body!

I haven’t been perfect but I am down 10 pounds in two months! My craving for sugar in the evening is gone. I used to eat cookies every night! I feel great! I am very very pleased! This is my lifestyle now!
