I finally tried Golo. I did exactly what it said to do. I took the Release pill before each meal. I was barely eating anything. For breakfast, half a cup of low-sugar nutritious cereal. For lunch, half of a small sandwich and about 5 small bites of fresh fruit. You get the idea. No snacking. This went on for a week or two. I weighed myself -- I had not lost even one ounce. Very disappointed. It did not work at all for me.

There products simply do not work...I did and exercise... Original weight 205lbs took one full bottle gained and now 224 lbs

I took golofor a couple of months. I felt better, I lost weight. I ran out, and I feel sluggish again and have gained about 5 lbs. I going to reorder this coming week.

I've been using GOLO for almost 4 months and have lost 38 lbs. Everything they said it does is true. I now have energy, and I do not crave sweets, I have an underactive Thyroid and it works well with the medicine I take (but everyone should consult their doctor before using GOLO). I will continue to use GOLO throughout my weight loss journey because it really worked for me and I have recommend it to everyone who talks to me about loosing weight.

We did very well following the plan. Three in our family and it really helped to be able to eat a variety of foods and learn portion control.

I am not looking to lose ridiculous amounts of weight fast. I just want to be healthier and not be hungry while my weight goes down. I am enjoying not being hungry and knowing I am not gaining weight.
