Being 6-7 inches taller than
Being 6-7 inches taller than our old mattress took a little getting used to! Very comfortable though we really haven't noticed it sleeping "cooler" like they said it would we even bought the higher end mattress cover that was supposed to be "cooler". But to tell you the truth I really didn't think it would. Overall were very happy with it.

No sleep and sore
I gor ths mattress in sept and i wake up sore and with a dip everyday can't get no one on the phone then gotta wait 60 days to return for 199 sucks

You're tv advertising state same
You're tv advertising state same day delivery, we'll i ordered it in August and didn't receive it until the 3rd week in October.

I bought a lazy boy, spent a week and a half trying to get an afternoon appt. , and a person bangs(not knocks) on my door at 9:30am(4 1/2 hrs sleep), and he was an ass whole until I made him leave. I will Never do business with Gardnerwhite ever again. P. S. I was willing to spend money to make it right. Not now with them.

Did not like the return policy! The worst part was the customer service department was rude, unkind and unprofessional. I will never be purchasing anything from them again for that reason. The store staff tried to be helpful - but they knew they were falling short and they only wanted me to pay the restocking fee and spend more money at the store. They could have discounted the restocking fee (they offered but only if I spent more at the store - only $60) and the other two options I liked at the store were more expensive! I rushed to purchase so I learned a good lesson. Went to Costco and spent less than what I would overall have spent at Gardner White!
