Was really hoping for charcoal flavor on my gas grill and I was not disappointed!. Subtle charcoal flavor on fast cooks or deep charcoal flavor on longer cooks, this is a great alternative to a charcoal grill! And it's so much faster and cleaner! I couldn't be happier with it!

Easy to use, packs a great deal of BBQ taste. A little bit of chips, goes a long way. Finally a product that delivers what it promised. Been looking for a product like this for years

It gives you a real charcoal flavor. It’s easy to set up but had a couple of issues. The help line was great and very helpful. It’s a learning experience with the heat generation but it’s worth the challenge! Great product…I like having one grill instead of two for my downsized home!

Happy customer here. Happy with the product just as what you can see from other reviewers. I love the flavor the chips add to the food, the heat they generate and the easiness to use and clean up. But I need to give a gold star to the customer service. When I first ordered I got an email indicating that my originally expected delivery date was compromised, which was going to be a problem for me due to travel schedules. After a quick couple of emails, my concern was addressed and my order was expedited so I could get it as soon as possible. Very happy with the attitude and flexibility of everyone that got involved in this transaction. So, 2 for 2 - great product and an even better customer service. That makes a winner.

I bought the FlavrQ grill system and I’m thrilled with it. I love the convenience of gas grilling, but I always missed that true charcoal flavor. FlavrQ fixes that without the mess or hassle. It is easy to use, heats quickly, and delivers consistent results. I’m very pleased overall. Setup is simple, results are outstanding, and I keep asking myself why no one did this sooner. Very pleased with the purchase. I only wish the charcoal chips cost a bit less, but the flavor payoff still makes this a strong buy.

FlavrQ system is a total game changer! I bought my first system almost two years ago and have not used my propane grill without it. Makes nightly charcoal grilling as easy as propane but with all of the great benefits of charcoal grilling. I have referred to friends and family and they all love it too! Awesome product.

I love my gas grill, but, for years I have been chasing that steak flavor I used to get from a small Weber grill when we lived in Germany. Then I saw the FlavrQ ad. Thought I'd give it a try and, I gotta say, I am duly impressed. The original grid I got from them was a single layer of SS that was wavy and sat perfectly on my gas grill diffusers, just below the grill grate. This worked so well, that in one year, I pretty much wore out the original grid. I ordered another and the second grid they sent was thicker, an expanded metal design that was a lot stronger and a bit larger. It works great. . !! My family loves when I grill a London broil and the FlavrQ system really is the star of the cook. I m getting the great taste and even better searing on the meat. I can even ad a pat of butter to the top of the London broil steak and let it drip over the side and create that flair-up of flames that give a nice char around the edges. This is a really great concept and cooking is now gas grill easy with the charcoal flavor in the finish. What more could you ask for. . !!

This is a great product which I used for the 1st time this weekend. The chips heat up very fast, and leave a great smoke flavor.
