Fantastic customer service!!! I've been using the red light cap for several years, on and off. Since it takes months to see new hair growth, it's hard to wait. But I do believe this cap to be a good investment. I believe new hair growth is generally done by stacking several treatments, as one alone is probably not going to do the magic, so using the red light cap is one of the non negotiables in my regime.

I’ve been using my Kiierr cap consistently for about 3 years. In the beginning, I used it every other day, and after about 9 months, I switched to twice a week. I definitely saw noticeable results within those first 9 months! Over time, I got so used to it that I started wondering if it was still making a difference. Then, about two months ago, my battery stopped working, so I stopped using the cap. A month later, I noticed I was shedding much more hair in the shower than usual, and when I looked closely, I could see my hair thinning again. That’s when I realized—this product really does work! I have been using my Kiierr laser cap for the several years sporadically however this year committed to the recommended 30 mins/3 days a week. It is easy to adhere to as the unit automatically turns off after 30 minutes. The results are tremendous: new thick growth and a noticeable decrease in shedding. These pictures are taken about 2 1/2 years apart. I’ve been very happy with the results that I’ve gotten from my laser hair cap from Kiier in addition to the supplements that I’ve purchased. I’m 50 years old at this point and feel that these therapies would’ve helped me even more if I had started earlier in my hair loss process. My hair loss really began in my late 20’s.

I have been using the Kierr laser cap for 4 years. Before I started using it I had a really annoying itchy feeling at the crown of my head. Since using Kierr that itchiness has stopped. In fact when I stopped using it a couple weeks it has returned so I am confident it is from the laser cap. I am sure it has also helped maintain or improve the hair growth on my head as well, though I have done other things in addition to Kierr for that. Great product.

My Kiierr laser cap saved me from losing my hair I was diagnosed with lichen planopilaris in early 2021. I was told that women often were bald in a year with this diagnosis. You can see I had significant hair loss above my ears. My hairline was also receding. I've been using the 272 Premier Kiierr cap since February of this year and am seeing good results already, less shedding overall. I began losing hair after menopause. I was looking for a way to make my hair healthier when I read about the laser cap. I was hesitant about such an expensive purchase, but as you can see from the before and after photos, it made a difference! (The photos are 4 months apart. ) I have been using my cap for 3 1/2 years now.

On April 11th 2023 I got a brain operation done, where they removed a benign ( good) tumor of 6. 5 cm x 5 cm out of my little head. It started with vision loss in my right eye. I could only see about 5-10%. After an MRI of the head, they discovered this “little friend” living in my head, which was pressing on my R optical nerve, and because of that, I was losing vision!
