I asked support what I can do to register my purchase. My purchase isn't on the registration list and so I can't finish the registration. It has been three days and still no response.

Shipping was fast, wrong color unit sent which I was told the right color was sent. Definitely not expresso, it was mahogany. My living room furniture is expresso so I know the difference. I did receive an adjustment, all good now. The sound is lesser than expected, albeit a small stereo I shouldn’t have expected better acoustics. Bluetooth speaker solved the problem.

It's okay for a "starter" record player, but it takes several minutes to connect to bluetooth which is a bit annoying. Also, you have to reconnect to your device EVERY time you turn on the player (most devices connect automatically). Plus, the machine itself is a bit cheap quality. And remember that you can't close the lid without removing your record.

This record player is so cool I love the buttons and overall vibe, sound quality is nice and it’s so easy to use.

Not having a positive experience with customer service. Received a defective turntable. Solution: the cord. Send me a new one or refund me.
