I wasn’t worried about shipping, being a first time orderer, I was worried about the packaging. To my surprise, the way it was shipped kept my albums safe from being crunched and bent. I’m the one that had to make sure I got them inside because it was super cold that day, lol Awesome job in shipping and I’m still learning to navigate the store, hopefully I’m surprised again.

My children gave me a wonderful turntable/CD/cassette/bluetooth Victrola for Christmas. My collection of old vinyl, 331/3 rpm and 45’s have been boxed away for years after leaving the Disco dances of the late 70s. When setting my system up, we discovered the 45 rpm adaptor was missing. I emailed customer support, and asked about receiving a replacement. A few days later I received a very nice response from Sam in customer service. His message stated they sent me a replacement with a tracking number until it arrived. I now have it and I am enjoying all my old vinyl collection. Thank you Sam & Victrola for the best customer service I have seen in years!
