For me is not good becouse I need to put the child in and out often, for example when I go to pick up my brother from kindergarten by car and the usage time is short and is not easy to use for this

Unhelpful and uncommunicative
The initial response was provided quickly but was totally unhelpful with a short response and thereafter no follow up, despite my sending another email straight away. Very disappointing!

Review request for no delivery items
I received this request for review and my purchase hasn’t arrived. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and the parcel has not been delivered (not even in the UK yet). I trusted on the delivery info on the website and my parcel still hasn’t arrived. No heads up about warehouse delays before I contacted costumer service. I was supposed to take the items for a trip overseas and didn’t arrive on time.

Very poor delivery service. 3 weeks and still awaiting for my item. When contacting the company I was basically told it’s delayed and to just wait for it to be delivered.

I ordered my breeze carrier 15 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Iv seen it’s been sat in Hamburg for a week now. I’m so excited to get out with my son , this is a shame

Our buckle of our carrier was broken (after using it with two kids) and I ordered a new one. There were no sending costs, which was lovely.

Delivery delay.
Carrier ordered 2 weeks ago and still not even dispatched. I wonder if I will ever get it.

Delivery is shockingly slow
I ordered an item on 9th December as a Christmas gift, it arrived on 17th January - way longer than the 7 days stated. It was a gift, and we made alternative arrangements as it was so late. So we now need to return it. However, because the website tracking info shows it as not shipped, the returns system cannot proceed. We are now stuck with something we don't need and waiting for the email support to kick in. The UK phone number is also out of service. The one that arrived straight to the recipient is great though.
