I can’t say enough good things about the Ergobaby 360. I recently had a bad fall while carrying my baby, and while I ended up with a broken ankle, my little one was completely safe and unharmed — all thanks to this incredible carrier. The Ergobaby 360 kept my baby secure, snug, and close to me the whole time. Even when I fell, the carrier’s sturdy design and support meant he didn’t budge or get hurt. I’m honestly so grateful for how well it’s made — it did exactly what it’s supposed to do: keep my baby safe and supported no matter what. Aside from that scary moment, it’s also super comfortable to wear for long periods, distributes weight beautifully, and is easy to adjust. I’ve always loved how close it lets me keep my baby, but after this experience, I have an entirely new level of appreciation for it. Thank you, Ergobaby, for making such a reliable, well-designed product. It truly protected what matters most. ❤️

Wouldn’t have thought it was “normal” for the buckle on my carrier to break after 6 months use snd just be told it’s fine replace it. Wouldn’t use the brand again and have purchased one from a different company

Que decepción, 3 años con un carro vuestro, se estropea el manillar y no hay manera de comprar la pieza. Pondré en las redes un comentario pues me parece triste tener que dejar de usar un carrito porque la marca no piensa en que pasa después de la garantía. Y a volver a comprar otro, viva la obsolescencia programada

I would definitely buy an Ergobaby carrier again. The fit is great from birth onward, and it's easy to adjust.

Ich habe eine Anfrage zu einem Ersatzteil gestellt. Dieses kann angeblich nur bei noch laufender Garantie geliefert werden. Es kam auch kein anderer Lösungsvorschlag. Es wird anscheinend kein Wert darauf gelegt, kundenorientiert zu arbeiten. Schade…

Muy buena experiencia con la compra y atención posventa

Made an order late Friday night. Requested a change of colour on the order Saturday morning (ordered the wrong grey). Was told orders are processed immediately so it’s not possible to change. It’s now the following Thursday and had no communication on when the item will be delivered. So much for processed immediately. A bit disappointing but not the end of the world. Just found it amusing that I got this email to ask what I think.

After buying it I got an email saying that even though I was able to order, there was no stock of the item, ok it happens. For my surprise, the refund time is 10 days which I think is too long for an ergobaby issue. If it was a return 10 days would be understandable.

I asked a question and didn’t get an answer so what am I going to rate?

Ergobaby is offering me a Metro 3 Carry Bag in exchange for this review. This isn’t the only reason for my review, this service is absolutely brilliant! I was having issue with my discount code and a lovely lady named Charlotte handled everything! The pram and accessories are amazing thank you ever so much.
