This is a tricky one…as my very first impression wasn’t turning out so well. My order arrived in a timely manner, after being notified that the file size I had sent was too small. They upsized it for me and that turned out great! But…my first batch of labels arrived with a misspelled word…in my business name no less! I was super bummed as I am preparing for our 6 week long Holiday Market that begins in 6 weeks! I contacted the customer service when they were open and after explaining the situation, and verifying with a photo submission, Superlabel Store agreed to replace them free of charge, and to rush them so they arrive in time!
