I cannot stress enough how great Moscot’s customer service is. I made a mistake with my prescription(my fault) and had to send my glasses back. When you call them you speak to a person immediately, no bots. They’re friendly, make things easy, and they’re QUICK. These people go the extra mile and it shows. Hard to find nowadays. I ordered new frames with progressive lenses. They did a fabulous job getting my measurements and prescription just right. The lenses are perfect and the Frankie frames are fashion forward and comfortable! I will definitely be ordering all my frames from MOSCOT!

I got the secret sauce from Sal bc I am very particular about the things I wear be it clothing, footwear, or my glasses. I got this when I bought the Dolts. I try to keep my lenses clean so I spray them down twice a day. I also found acetate frames can be damaged by the wearers oily skin so I try and keep them clean and oil free. I would like to wear the two Moscot frames I got for life and I trust this will allow me to do that. Half spray is enough on each lens. I also use the provided microfiber cloth. It’s up for debate but I think it’d be cool if Moscot sold prepackaged individual lens wipes. Much easier to use than having a spray and microfiber cleaning cloth. Otherwise, great product.

OCTOBER 22, 2022. . . While visiting NYC, my wife and I stopped in at the location in Chelsea. I fell in love with a pair of glasses and Louis helped us! So kind, friendly. . . exceptional service! I didn't have my script and we lived out of state. . . so I took his card with the details. I was so thrilled to find this site. . . . and my glasses! Thanks to Louis's notes on his card! Just ordered them! It was a long time coming but thank you Louis!

I absolutely love these frames, they are light but sturdy. They give off a cool girl/vintage look on me and i get so many compliments when i wear them!

My shtarkers required a minor repair after a few months of use. I sent them to MOSCOT for repair work and promptly returned with great packaging and quite probably a brand new pair instead of the pair I sent. I’m a customer for life.

You guys are the best! I recently purchased a pair of frames from one of your retailer's in Paris; super sales associate. Once back in the states, I had lens put into my frames and order a pair of clip-ons from Moscot. I called customer service and the lady was fantastic, she answered all my questions and helped me selected the right finish. Clip-ons arrived as promise and I have enjoyed wearing them.
