This is one of the best tools I have come across for youth strength. My son is 11 and couldn't do proper pushups and is now repping them and 65lb on the bench.

I highly recommend using the gear. It’s durable and dependable. I have wrist wrap, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves that I recently bought but I still have and use a sling shot that I bought 10 years ago when I was recovering from a back surgery that a lot of strength from. However after using it to recover, I was able to achieve a 455 lb raw bench. It’s definitely a quality product

The Sling Shot Elbow Sleeves are a solid piece of gear for people who lift and have elbow discomfort. They strike a good balance between comfort, support, and flexibility. For moderate lifting loads, higher reps, or for pain prevention/management, they provide noticeable benefit. If your pain is severe, or you’re doing max lifts frequently, you might still want something stiffer or more supportive for those occasions.
