My husband and I bought a ring set from them. It is not worth it. Both rings are very uncomfortable my husband doesn't wear his because it cuts so badly. The inside is not smooth, and mine I can not wear both of them together for more than 3 days without it cutting me. We regret buying from them. We sent it back to them to clean the inside and adjust it, but they returned it to us with the same problem nothing was done. And the lady we spoke to was very rude. Don't waste your money.

Looks like a good company, but ultimately, their lack of a reply to a question sent me to a jewelry store. I had a pair of matching rings in my Cart, then read reviews that noted that the gold color on the ring they received was not nearly as nice as the photo. Then I noticed that their photos are all heavily PhotoShopped. They are not clean photos. I wrote to ask them for a plain photo of the rings I had in my Cart, but they did not reply. It turned out that the identical rings are available at Kay’s and I got to see them in person. And I will have local support for cleaning and checking the diamond mounts regularly. So, I prefer that local support. And, surprisingly, the pair at Kay’s was a little less than through Trio.
