Can’t properly review ring because it’s not in my possession yet. Ordered it 10-03 and it is 11-19 today. We ordered it in hopes of receiving it before our wedding. They also offered a proxy ring in its stead but it looked absolutely nothing like the ordered ring. (But I understand they wouldn’t give a top dollar ring in case it doesn’t get returned). The communication has been horrible but may be in part to the email address given(my husbands). Buuut…I called close to 10 times and they ask for the phone number for any comms and I gave them mine and still no updates unless I personally called. But they have been nice and are offering compensation. Hopefully I can come back and update the review once it’s received. But that’s why I rated it like this.
