When a manufacturer misassembled a product I ordered with mismatched parts, I called Sherrill's customer service. My call was at 9:54 am. They overnighted replacement parts for an issue that wasn't theirs, and those parts arrived at 9:54 am the following day. Awesome job! Thanks for your help, Riley!
