5 stare becauce I had a one on one zoom on how to hook up and run it. Without that one on one zoom I had , I probably would not be using it. My suggestion is a "one on one zoom" to be included with the purchase of a genx pro. I read so many newbies lost. Just my thoughts. I am forever greatful for Michael Goss for his patience and knowledge
