I use Lipocide IR and Carnigen everyday before my 3:30am fasted cardio. It gives me the mental focus to get after it, without fail. Even on those days where I'm not too motivated to go in to the gym that early. It gets you sweating and makes cardio much more tolerable. I even take my stack with me when traveling.

I tried Isoject Natural because the post workout that I was using wasn’t agreeing with my stomach and noticed a difference immediately. After a couple months using Isoject I gave Evofusion a try and it’s great for those times during the day when you can’t fit in a full meal and before bed. Also, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream might be the best tasting protein I’ve ever used and I’ve been training for almost 20 yrs. Both products are top notch.

The Chocolate Peanutbutter tastes great! I always had to mix my protein with almond milk until I switched to Isoject. It's really good with just water.

I absolutely love the Banana Mango protein powder, even posted a recipe with it in it. The multivitamin has had a wonderful effect on my body.
