One heaping scoop of Liposide IR and two scoops of Carnigen has been the perfect cocktail for my fasted cardio and training. It took me a few times to find what amount worked for me to actually build up a sweat, but I’m glad I continued experimenting and allowed it to work! I sweat the most if my cardio session is over 20 minutes though. If I do 10 minutes of HIIT sprints before lifting, I don’t sweat very much, but energy is still up and I don’t feel hungry which makes up for it. I have a pretty high tolerance for caffeine, but always start small with new products to see how the other ingredients interact with my body. I’ve never done faster training before and never really considered it, but now I am excited to get up, take my Evogen products, and hit the gym!

I have never used supplement powders before. I am in a team training class (F45) doing a fitness challenge and one of the trainers recommended the Evogen products.
