Visiting in Boston area and went to store to look at Environ Ski Jacket. Had email coupon I was thinking of using. Store staff were very helpful in terms of trying on Jacket and considering colors. Ability to try large and extra large was critical to sizing decision. Staff processed coupon on site. Great experience.

I have ordered multiple items over the years and every transaction has been flawless. On the last order, I got a fleece that wasn’t as thick as I thought it would be. I was walked through the simple return process and with a couple of easy steps, I have a new item coming my way. Smooth and easy, as it should be!

Zipper oddly broke after a year. Stio warrantied the item w a full refund, and I was able to get a new replacement for a few dollars more (today’s prices). It was easy, too. Can’t really ask for anything more.
