Love the eyeliners and mascaras, excellent quality. Easy to remove and the only eyeliner which does not smudge. Love the free samples with orders and the little free bags. Excellent customer service recently when i received the incorrect colour eyeliner. Promptly sent me the correct one and told me to keep the incorrect one.

This is the best eyeliner
This is the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. Came beautifully packaged and the pencil itself is large so will last. Application is easy, love how creamy this eyeliner is and the smudge end is soft and works well. Gives a lovely natural look so perfect for daily use but could easily be used for full smokey eye.

They sent me the correct shade right away and let me keep the original one to either keep or gift to someone else which I thought was incredible. It was honestly the easiest and nicest customer service interaction I’ve ever had. Really impressed.
