We bought a bat from premier bats and never received it, contacted them and never heard from them again.

I bought a bat and had trouble with it and it was nothing premier bats had done they sold a product from a big name bat company.. I reached out to premier bats and a very nice and professional lady named patty was very helpful and took real good care of the situation and fixed the issue.. she went above and beyond to go out of her to make the situation right.. Received the product and after 3 times being used it started coming apart. Reached out to them and they said to reach out to the manufacturer. Reached out to Easton and because they are not an authorized dealer they will not fix the item either. Be aware that items you may have a voided manufacturing warranty because they are not an authorized dealer.

I ordered my Son a bat , I received an Email stating the bat was delivered , went to look out side No bat checked security cameras no delivery.. So I called Premier bats and spoke with a gentleman. This individual never asked for any of my info pertaining to my order. The gentleman said "if it says the bat was delivered then it was delivered" So I asked to speak with a Supervisor or a Mgr or someone who could further assist me He stated that he was the Mgr and the only option that I had was to call the shipping company and to figure it out for my self !!!! I HAD TO LEAVE A ONE STAR FOR THIS REVIEW OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD OF LEFT NO STARS
