Both frames were as described and really make my diploma's pop. I had waited for several years before investing in solid frames for my diplomas and I regret having waiting so long to get these.

I recently ordered two frames from Church Hill Classics. I could not be more pleased with the quality and especially the customer service. These frames were sold onsite at my son's University but I did not want to be limited to the choices offered there. I was able to customize the frame to my specifications. Besides his degree, my son also received a Commission as a US Navy Officer. The wood/finish I used on his Diploma frame was not available on the website for military frames. I emailed the company and received a quick reply. They ask me to call and said they would make sure they matched my original order. I called and spoke with customer service and the lady I spoke with was very kind and professional. She created a matching order to my original frame and it was delivered within a couple of weeks. Delivery and packaging was great with no damage to either frame! I was a little worried about the glass but they know how to package these frames to prevent damage!
