We went with Joy & co fresh dog food because our dog can’t have fish oil. All the fresh brands have some form of fish in them. My dog loves Joy & co turkey! She has a package every night for dinner and definitely looks forward to it. Glad we have made the switch for her to have the best health.

I contacted Get Joy regarding a minor issue with an order. They immediately corrected the issue by sending a new shipment. I really appreciate the customer service!

I think we might have a winner finally for our picky Teacup Shiranian (ShihTzu/Pomeranian) He actually tried it today! He normally won't even put the mail order delivered wet foods in his mouth!

The food is delivered quickly and the boxes are always intact and well packed inside, unlike with some other companies I tried.

Since I have retired from the working place, I have decided to cook my own human foods for my dogs. Both Shelby and Sophie, which is a French bulldog will have the same type of food that you have been making for us for the last two years. We’ve been very happy with your product. Very very happy with your company and products! My dog is very very picky and we have tried so many different things. But this was a hit! He loves the food and treats. Also AMAZING customer service-went completely above and beyond. We places our first order. I had it sent to her apartment. It said it was received but we could never track it down. Two weeks later we did receive our second order. We had a picture of the first order where it was delivered but they still couldn't find it. I dont know if someone stole it or what... Anyway i reached out to customer service and told them what-obviously not your fault because it showed it was clearly delivered. But they sent me a new order with an extra bag and a bag of treats! Wow! Really above and beyond and much appreciated! Will be a customer for life!

Good way to introduce Roger dogs diet

We met the Get Joy crew at the Nantucket Project last summer and our dog loved the free sample pack. We bought more and his coat is so healthy and his energy levels are through the roof. When they say "food is medicine" that goes for dogs too. Our dog was healthy, now he's in tip top shape. Fred, is wild about them too and it may be his favorite part of the day.

I called a few weeks ago to delay my shipment for Schatzie’s food two weeks. The young girl complied with me, but very odd situation I’m in now. She told me that I was no longer allowed to alternate food for my ongoing six week delivery. I’ve been with you for years every six weeks I get 28 chicken/beef, and then the next six weeks Chicken/turkey. How all the sudden this is so difficult I don’t know. Was told I Have to call before you put together the next order is absurd when we’ve been doing this for years not happy about it.

My dog absolutely loves the food! I use it as a topper. She cannot get enough!
