My pup absolutely loves this food! I cancelled the subscription because of the cost but we may have to reactivate it because he’s going to be upset when we run out!

I want to change up the meals in her subscription. I can't figure out how so I just keep pausing, and starting a new one with different meals.

My picky girl LOVES this food. She won't eat kibble, she turns her nose up at most treats, but she gets hyped for dinner time and gobbles this down. We wanted to feed her a fresh cooked food, and I analyzed all the foods on the market to choose the one that I trusted the most, had the best nutritional content, while still balancing cost. My dog needs 1200 calories per day, and in most other brands, that can cost over $1000 per month. Get Joy is affordable to us while still giving our dog top quality food for less than half of that cost. Every so often I look to see if there's anything new on the market that can beat the cost and quality, and there never is! She's happy and healthy!

I would Like to have a heads up a few days to a week before my box arrives. I get the txt (usually in the middle of the night) that you’re preparing my order, but I don’t heat anything about when my order will arrive until the night before or the morning of. Each time I am afraid I’m going to run out of food before my order arrives. This is very distressing!

The service on the website chat is quick and efficient, they are always able to help with my issue, and the shipping is very fast, no matter where it's going in the country. I travel quite a bit between CA, VA, and FL and I am able to receive my Get Joy package no matter where I am. After the hurricane when shipping was delayed, they quickly sent me a new order of fresh food for my pup, didn't charge me, and it came the following day. I will forever be grateful to Get Joy and will be a lifetime customer!

Our food was very good and our dog loved it and the prices were a bit more reasonable than other fresh pet brands. auto ship and renewal worked very well and would definitely recommend them for your dog!

To my amazement, my dog has enjoyed this formula and eats all of his meals no problem. Before he would sniff his food, turn around and walk away. At times he would go on a hunger strike for a couple of days. I am very happy that this food makes him happy!

Good is great, delivery is fast- but directions were ignored and food was left on the ground where my dogs can easily access.
