I am two years in. I had a FUE treatment prior to this prescription. I am underwhelmed by the results. I definitely have a little more hair, but I am not sure if if is a slow result of the surgery and the gel isn’t working much, or vice versa.

Long story short, without wasting your time with details, I cancelled my subscription with Keeps 9 months ago. They still charge me and try to send me products which if I don't catch fast enough they say they can't refund. This is with me having multiple email and text conversations with proof of them telling me it won't happen again, yet it does. Getting a lawyer if it happens again, this feels like fraud. Want to save money, go to an online doctor appointment with Amazon for $20 and get the same prescriptions then go to good Rx and find your cheapest pharmacy and bam you've saved $100 and headaches trying to cancel.

Love the price and consisten reminders to renew my prescription. Been using for years now, and it has kept my hairline even at 60.

The product is working. My hair is thicker.

I think the product expires on the actual date it says. Smells like alcohol and the results have changed. I’m seeing hair fall out again. I also didn’t use it in the mornings. Only at night

The pill really does thicken hair. Completely noticeable difference.

Every time I have to change shipping dates or update payment information the web page doesn’t load and gives me an error. There needs to be more time before we get a notice the product is shipping and being billed. I would like to be able to take off the auto ship and payment.

I have used keeps for a long time now. My hair has gone from brown to white, but it’s full and thick. I receive ongoing compliments on how great my hair looks.

I feel like the product does not work which is disappointing given the price. It takes upward of a week to get a reply from the doctor and/or coordinator and sometimes no reply. Often takes an alarming amount of back and forth to get a simple answer. Another frustration is I sometimes do not get replies until after my subscription renews which is not a way to run a business or how to treat a customer.

I’ve been using it for a few years now. My hair grew back nice and full and has remained full.

My hair is thicker and healthier since using the shampoo and conditioner routinely. Some hair is growing back around the crown and hairline. I also take lockab tablets to help with hair growth. Together I feel like the keeps product and the tablets are doing well to promote new growth and keep my hair healthy!!
