Overall I liked the experience and would buy it again, but my advise is, please provide some status update more often. I bought a "pre-order" , and I understand it took a while to ship, but it would be good to receive some updates about "hey, we just recevied the product, we'll inspect and should ship soon", "You should get another update in x days" something like that helps especially when it is a product with long delivery date, otherwise we think it might have fallen in a limbo or facing some distribution issues.

I was delayed a couple of days receiving my stuff because I didn't understand I needed to pay the shipping duties and the get those fees refunded. Once I got some input from the online support it was seamless process, I will happily shop with Apos again!

If you're on the edge about getting this mini-rack for your Topping or other gear, so was I. It's pricey. Let me tell you though, you are getting top shelf quality with this setup. It's SOLID and looks even better in person than in the pics. I've got a Topping U90, D90 III Discrete, and A90 Discrete on the rack I bought. Looks so much better now than they did just stacked on top of each other. They fit perfectly inside the shelf spaces. It's almost like a showpiece on my desk now. The machining on the metal is perfect. Everything fits together, tightens up easily and aligns precisely. It just screams quality. It's bigger than it looks also, so make sure you measure your available space before you buy. I never noticed until I assembled it that there's a small "Topping" logo on the front bevel of each shelf. It's a nice touch. If you don't have Topping gear or don't want to see it, just flip the shelves around. One last thing. . . US postal service tried their hardest to destroy it in shipping. The box arrived destroyed and was obviously retaped during shipping to hold it together. I thought I was going to open it to find a horror scene inside. To my surprise, there was zero damage! Topping ships this in one of their nice, black, thick cardboard boxes, same as I got with the U90, D90, and A90. Wow, unexpected. And it's got that nice thick foam inside so everything was safe. The Topping box was still mint as well because they had isolated it from the shipping box with corner support foam and a 2" air gap. I wish everyone packaged their products that well.
