Amazing headphones

The Topping P-50 arrived in an expeditious manner and was superbly packaged. The Topping P-50 linear power supply replaced the wall-wart power supply for my ifi streamer by adding new punch and clarity to the streamer.

Apos Audio customer support was excellent from inceptionto fulfillmentof the transaction. The Customer Service representative replied to my questions promptly, offered advice and provided feedback from the manufacturer. I was very happy wi5h the transaction and customer service. I highly recommend Apos Audio!

My only complaint is that I wish you would have some or more product stateside before you sell it these waits are excruciating.

Apos had a bit of an issue getting my new TOPPING dac from China to me due to situations beyond their control. The coolest thing was they kept in touch with me and actually wrote me an email to explain. It wasn't a bother I knew I had ordered a great product and I would wait and it was probably maybe a week longer than I expected. The company was fantastically responsive.

Did have an issue with its inputs at first, but APOS was extremely responsive, and I received a new working unit 30 or so days later. FYI - the resistor (huge and white) that sits behind the tubes started to smell and slowly discolor as if burning, but APOS informed that this is normal, and to date I’ve had ZERO issues with the replacement until. Regarding performance, this unit is sweet especially when listened through the Apos x Audio-Technica ATH-R70x cans. Sound is very detailed, full bodied and naturally balanced. Highly recommend over other headphone amps costing considerably more. I am also expecting my Merlin DAC to arrive soon, and I am sure the sound will be elevated even more. Good job knocking it out of the park APOS, especially at these price points!!!! :))))

Great service! Had to get the refund for the import taxes and Apos took care of the credit as soon as I payed the import taxes to DHL.

I purchased a set of the Apos Select 12AU7s for my Conrad Johnson Preamp. What a significant difference these tubes make compared to NOS tubes. They are silent with absolutely no microphonics, and the amount of musical detail that I now get from my system is amazing. They bring out tge small musical details that I never heard before. Thanks to these tubes I have started to get reaquainted with all of my music so that I can hear what I have been missing before adding the Apos Select tubes. They are definitely as advertised.

Very cool sounds

Everything about my experience was great. Product was awesome and they even included a balanced cable with the IEMs I wasn't expecting. Shipping was fast and everything was just as you'd expect from a quality brand. Would buy more if they could ship more to my country.

This is not my first purchase of the Gremlin. My original order was from Amazon, it came quickly and had no issues. however a couple of months later one of the orange LEDs under the tubes started turning off on its own once the amp hits temperature of ~60ºC. I went on Head-Fi forum to discuss the issue and had a member of the Apos team respond to me, saying they want to make this right and to contact CS using email to return it. I did and they said return it to Amazon. So I told them Amazon doesn't have it in stock (In Canada at the time) and so the Apos team on Head-fi had a change of hands from Kunal to John. At this point I didn't pay much attention to that change of hand. But John contacted me on my email and said he wants to make it right, that he will get me a direct replacement from a new batch that fixed the issue. I just have to return it to Apos and they will send it to me. I told him currently it is my main driver so if they can send me the replacement first I would appreciate it. And surprisingly he did - saying he wanted to make it absolutely right for me. I asked for his manager's contacts to commend him and Kunal to management, and that's when I discovered how much of a great company Apos is. Turned out Kunal is the CEO of Apos who follows online forums himself to make sure everything is up to the highest standard. And that John is the marketing director at Apos, who handled an issue like this because he wanted a customer to be satisfied with his purchase. Truly both gave me world class customer experience but also a lesson in management that I took to heart and applied to my job. That's the long story of my experience with Apos. Now the gremlin itself is an amazing piece of equipment. For its price it is truly a brilliant AMP. And if you add Ray Tubes Select, it becomes a heavy hitter, hence why it is my daily driver with Meze 109 Pro. I drive it through Fiio K11 R2R into the Topping L70 as a preamp and to turn signal balanced into the Gremlin. And...

My Merlin DAC arrived when promised. The stand off screws were loose, an easy fix. APOS reached out and acknowledged the screw issue and corrected it for future shipments. Such an acknowledgement means a lot to me. Well done APOS!

Great communication about order

Apos is an excellent audio and digital component supply company. It is extremely innovative with collaborations with fine audio manufacturers like Geshelli Labs, Audio Technica. and others. Apos's community-building ethos is very evident, and the results are extremely positive. I've purchased everything from DACs to cables. All have been outstanding purchases. And their return service is second to none. I highly recommended Apos Inc. !
