There were no issues with the booking system and it was very easy and straight forward to book tickets and they arrived very quick by email and the postage was only 3/5 working days so this was very good to know.

Quick and easy and i was kept up to date with events and pre sale. It ensured I didn't miss out and was able to get really good seats!

Booked tickets for in the Night Garden as soon as they were released on the site, very restricted choice. Looked on the theatres own site when they were released and there were loads in better positions. Complained but nothing done.

Wasn’t told I didn’t need to buy a ticket for my baby who would under 6 months. When tried to get my money back, I was told I had to rebook to get my baby ticket money back but it wouldn’t be the same seats. Ridiculous

Excellent experience

We had a fantastic time watching in the night garden live, my 7 year old loves iggle piggle and knows the show off by heart. My 1 year old enjoyed the show and his first time to the theatre, both were amazed to see the pinky ponk fly above them!! They were smiling and excited all the way through the show x

My self and daughter had a brilliant time at In The Night Garden Live, the show was really well put together. The website was really easy to navigate, e-tickets are ideal for me as I don’t have a printer. Staff in the Billingham Forum we’re all great. The light-up spinning toy we bought didn’t last long, it dropped to the floor from the car seat and stopped working, it’s was a shame but didn’t ruin my little girls day. I’ll definitely be booking again when something comes up.
