Poor booking system
The variety of shows available is great, the website is easy to use. I booked my tickets online and chose my seats, I then received my confirmation email, however the seats I'd chosen were not the ones written on my email. I phoned up to be told there was a computer glitch and other seats had been chosen for me at random. The member of staff was lovely, and apologised, they were able to tell me that the original seats I'd wanted were still available but that I was not able to simply transfer the seats over and there was nothing they could do. I had to ask for a refund, wait up to 10 days, and buy my chosen tickets back in the meantime. It's not really great when it's about £160 coming out twice, before you even get your first payment back. Yes I could wait until the money was back in my account before buying the tickets again, but the show had nearly sold out in a matter of weeks, so I'd be risking getting any tickets at all. I think in a world where technology is the chosen way to book etc it should be easy for this be processed, especially when it was a fault on their side.

Advertise well, clear and easy to use website. Only critique quite a few emails promoting tickets and who the team are almost daily & quite repetitive however clear & informative

You have truly been amazing! I had credit from covid times and being a tired mum who suffers from fog brain, I constantly lose the credit code. Each time I have asked for a copy of my code it was emailed to me with a positive vibe. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. Three years later I have finally been able to afford to use it for Frozen show.! Thank you for your teams effort. Yay!

Disappointed
Was supposed to see the night garden live at white rock theatre hastings today. The show was cancelled due to technical issues causing great disappointment for lots of children. We were advised family tickets would contact us regarding refund/rebooking. I contacted you by phone regarding a refund and was advised an email would be sent to all ticket holders in next 20 mins at 11.00am. I am still waiting email and information regarding a refund. Really not good enough.

Love family tickets
I love family tickets and all that they do. I love the presales for shows so I can guarantee early tickets. Since joining family tickets I have been earning points to save money on tickets, I love this as you don’t get this anywhere else. I love with some shows you also get to order goodie bags as it’s filled with so much stuff and saves you money at the stalls. I love the competition/giveaways and at Christmas the interactive advent calendars.

Hi, I booked these tickets one night and got the adult and child seats mixed up. I rang the office the following day and spoke to a male I think Chris. He was ever so helpful and sent me a link to pay the extra adult seats money owed and the Etickets. So kind.
