When I walked into purple carpet I was immediately greeted by Fritz the sales associate and his customer service along with a the other employees service was on point. I can't wait to go to purple carpet again.

I haven't been in there store not once but i would like to go there one day but the great thing is i follow them on IG so there clothes and shoe collection is awesome i wish the shoes wouldn.t go out of stock so fast but the only problem i have is that the prices for certain stuff is too high you should think about the people who would love to buy your things inside the store but can't because there to expensive.

Outstanding cusstomer service .The staff was extra polite, friendly,prices affordable, awesome environment . this was the best first experience I ever had.

They have great customer service and they really do a good job making sure your entire outfit is on point. You can see the owner really takes pride in his business and puts customers first... I was in line and the patience they have for some people asking for more discounts is crazy... they really do their best to accommodate their clients. Everyone there is really nice too and I looooove their sneaker selection!
