I've used these headphones for music playback, audiobook playback, and taking calls in outdoor settings, in a gym, and inside a cleanroom setting. Music playback is fine, however the design leads to an inescapable lack of sub bass/bass and the the lack of isolation can be a turnoff in gym and certain public settings. The lack of isolation is, however, a major benefit in settings like a cleanroom where I often have to hear people or alarms before I see them. Audiobooks and calls are nice and clear with no complaints from the recipients' ends regarding quality. The use of minimal physical buttons rather than capacitive buttons is also a personal preference of mine and especially helpful in the cleanroom where I typically have a hood brushing up against the headphones regularly. The headphones are still relatively new so the battery has been good so far, though not necessarily amazing in terms of capacity. I do wear PPE glasses along with these headphones in the cleanroom and will feel fatigue in my ear around 4-5 hours of continual wear, though this feeling tends to go away after an hour with the headphones taken off. So far these are a great solution for my specific use case, but there are definitely cases where I would recommend conventional over, on, or in-ears instead.

After three weeks, I’m loving the headset. I do like the open ear design. Mic quality is outstanding. As would be expected with this type of headset it’s not quite as good with a lot of ambient noise. That’s OK. Biggest problem is there is no button to activate Siri.

I had been looking for headphones that were more comfortable to wear. As a person who wears glasses, I find over the ear headphones excellent quality, but painful to wear more than 10 minutes as they press my glasses into my head. In ear buds also get uncomfortable for me and make my ears sore. I had been looking at bone conduction headphones and had never tried them before, but read many reviews, and narrowed it down to the OpenRun Pro series. When the sale showed up, I took a chance. I’ve been absolutely in love with them. I’ve been able to wear these with my glasses for hours and they are super comfortable. The audio quality is great. Very good even with low end. Easy to hear surrounding environment while listening to music if audio is at a fair listening level without compromising hearing the music. Going too high with the audio and it does mask the environment a bit. When audio level is at medium it’s still quiet enough to people next me to not hear it at all. Has been great to listen to stuff while in bed and not disturb my wife. I’m very happy with my purchase and use them exclusively now for all my audio needs. Even when doing my tutoring sessions via Zoom. Charge times are fast, only took a few hours to get it to full charge, the battery lasts me about three to four days with constant usage during a normal work day. The fit is comfortable and sets on my ears easily. The pressure of the speakers against me are not overly tight, but snug enough to stay put even with rigorous head movement. Five stars! Absolutely recommend for glasses wearing individuals.
