Shipping was easy quick and painless no issues at all.

I've tried all 3 versions now so if you want a review comparing all 3, this is it! OpenRun: was good and lasted awhile but always hated how that band stuck out and I couldn’t use them well with a winter hat or when lying down. OpenFit: Constantly had problems getting them in the case exactly perfect so they would charge. Then eventually they had problems maintaining a charge. They would say 100% and then 1 would decide not to work out on a long run. Having your headphones die on a long run is the worst, especially when you made sure to charge them. OpenDots One: The fit is more solid but the touch sensors are more sensitive. Especially if you're wearing a hoodie or having something covering your ears. Also, as someone who’s hard of hearing (moderate hearing loss) I do find them more challenging to hear in. I do like the option to magnet charge though. I use headphones every single day to walk the dogs, run and work in. They get a lot of daily long term use with me.

These sound so clear. The bass isn't like beats but the clarity and volume level it reaches is amazing. Can't beat it for the price.
