I'm a UK customer and have become a massive Kuiu fan due to the quality of their products and very helpful and efficient customer service. Unfortunately, as a UK customer, we have import duty and sale tax on products so base prices in the UK are 30+% more than in the US which reduces the brand's competitiveness here. Hence I tend to buy most of my Kuiu products in the sales. Given the higher prices in the UK, it would be nice if UK customers could be part of schemes like the Inner Circle so our loyalty to the brand could be rewarded.

These pants seem very well made and comfortable. I love the large pockets with easy access angles, important to me while always stuffing them full.

I was gifted several Kuiu items and needed to return some of them for exchange for a different size. I called in and talked to customer service and the rep. was knowledgeable about the gear and about the logistical process of returning things. Only thing that prevents me giving 5 stars is that it seemed like the return took a long time to process. Also, it felt cumbersome to be gifted something and then have it not fit and then order some items to try them on and then return them and then do the exchange for the items that I was gifted fo the correct size. I have what I need now that the process is complete.
