The woman who answered the phone was easy to understand, caring, and very, very helpful. She fixed my issues that I had made mistakes with the order and then also found the product that I was looking forward to order more of! I couldn’t ask for a better trouble shooting you know Customer Service Call than this. I’m very glad that they were able to help me out. I would suggest them to anybody. For children use bikers disabled people veterans whoever needs this kind of product. They’re amazing. Been using them for years totally satisfied 10 out of 10.

I was having a hard time finding something that fit my son at any of the local paces around my home. I contact RecSpecs directly and my sales person Marinel made it SO easy to ask questions, and get everything figured out. They sent glasses to my home to try and see what fit best. I have not ordered them and I am waitng for them to be delivered. Marinel made the process so painless and easy that I am sure we will be happy when they arrive! Just completed an order for my daughter’s first pair of rec specs. Beth walked me through the entire process via text message from the comfort of my living room couch. My daughter is new to lacrosse and I never realized needing to wear glasses would be such a barrier to entry. She helped me with the available expedited options and sizing as well as what was required due to her specific prescription. Sent me the invoice and we were done. It was a labor of love for sure. I’ll leave another review once the goggles are received.

I am excited to own a pair of glasses/goggles that will protect my eyes for baseball. As the eyes are the most precious part of the body in the event a ball is careening towards my face I can be protected without them shattering. Safety first folks!

Optics Outfitters did a fantastic job helping me order exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service. I got the Impact goggles with a prescription and transition lenses. They stay perfectly secure during strenuous play. No more having to readjust my glasses during a game. Are very comfortable during hours of use. Gives me the most visibility. And have been told they look good! Comes with a nice hard case to protect goggles in my sports bag. Am extremely happy with purchase and have recommended to fellow players.

Several years ago I started having my (handgun) shooting glasses made with the bifocal at the top of the lens with the classic lined bifocal configuration. This kept my head in a comfortable position while sport shooting. Bifocal focus was the distance from my eye to the front sight. When picking out frames for these glasses a while ago, I spotted a pair of Switch magnetic lens sport safety glasses. What a great concept. A pair of “shooters” with shooting lenses AND a set of lenses with my standard prescription. They made such a difference in my performance, and I loved them. Long story, short…I lost them! The case, glasses and lenses disappeared. I was devastated and my universe was out of balance! I missed them that much. Fast forward to a couple of months ago and I decided to have another pair made…same lenses. I contacted Optics Outfitter, who offer these Switch glasses and talked with Beth in customer service. Rarely do you ever find a customer service representative as helpful and thorough! Kudos to her! And with my nonconventional request she had to relay that information to Joseph in lens fabrication. He, too, offered the same professionalism and understanding as with Beth! In my opinion they should both get a raise in pay! My glasses were delivered, and the lenses were ground perfectly with bifocals where I needed them to be. My universe is now back in balance!

Optic Outfitters has top notch customer service and they stand behind their product. They are replacing the scratched lenses for the RecSpecs I purchased nearly 2 years ago. I simply explained the issue and sent in some pictures and I immediately received a confirmation email that my replacement lenses are being shipped to me at no cost. This is a very reputable company that I will happily recommend to my friends and will definitely use again in the future.
