The lady who helped me got me set up properly. I'm ready to go now and will wear my very pretty necklace when I go out and about. I've not fallen now since March which is a record for me!! Thanks to the lady whose name I'm not remembering but I think you could go to my account and figure that out. She did stuff at the very beginning that no one else had thought to do and got me all set up. While I hope I don't have to use it I'm grateful that it is set up and ready to go.
