I have had some challenges navigating order edits and trading out recipes but their customer service has been so understanding, kind and supportive to resolve issues and just go above and beyond expectations.

My dogs love their new dog plan and no longer have tummy issues

I don't live anywhere near a pet store that sells Open Farm, so I really appreciate how quick the delivery service is.

Easy to order. Delivered on time in excellent condition. My cat loves smelling and playing in the boxes. So glad they sent sample of new treats as my finicky cat loves them! Only problem is a lot of the wet food comes in dented cans
