Front wheel bearing went out I needed 2inner and 2outer races and 18 ball bearings Michelle got it together for and shipped very very fast Ripcurrent s is on the road again Thank you to everyone involved

Fantastic bike, really fast and durable. I'd give give it 5 stars but going over big bumps can cause the battery to dislodge itself from its connection. So be wary of big bumps. Other than that issue, great bike.

First of all, I really like this bike…it came with all the extras and I love the class 3 power….however,this has come with a shift in thinking. This bike weighs over 90 pounds so if you think (like I did) you’re going to throw two of these into the back of your Outback next to your Birkenstocks and bag of organic granola, forget it! This is more like an electric moped that will be used to run errands around town. Also (I’m 69 years old and in good shape) you will not be fixing any flats on the side of the road. I got into some puncture weed my third ride out and because of the weight/fat tires, I was not able to push my bike home…the tire came off the rim. You will need “roadside assistance” if you purchase this bike. It eventually went into the back of my truck and to the bike shop for repair…new front tube and thorns removed at $102. Fair enough since I really can’t manipulate a ninety pound bike. So I put on my panniers and bike bag and run most of my errands on it…grocery shopping etc. I love it for this. It easily keeps up with traffic, it is solid, well built and very fun for this purpose.

VERY POLITE AND FAST HELP

Ripcurrent-s: it's amazing. I'm an older rider and a weak bicyclist. This w-bike enables me to ride anywhere, especially mountain biking trails with significant uphill grades that I would never be able to tackle without the assist. Since getting the bike, I'm getting way more exercise and loving it (I only use the assist when I can't do it in my own). So much fun. The only issue I've had is that my brakes are squeaking like crazy. They function as they're supposed to, but they make a very loud noise. I'm not sure what to do about that. Assembly was simple but I'm decently handy. There were a couple places where the Queen instructions were unclear, but the YouTube video is exceptional; if you get stuck, check it out. There's a QR code in the manual that links to the video. This was a significant purchase but this e-bike really has opened all sorts of new frontiers and it's just so much fun to ride.

On Tuesday, I stopped by the new Juiced Bikes office because I had a problem with my key and my battery. This is the second bike I have purchased and it turns out that the key that didn't work was for the first bike, so that would be my fault. The problem with the battery was that it was three years old and I have not been using it much lately because of some health issues. Patrick was extremely helpful and solved both problems at a very reasonable price and had me back on the road as promised. I am back in Las Vegas enjoying my Juiced Bike. Thanks Patrick

My family has two RipRacers and a HyperScrambler 2. These bikes have brought us all together in a way that no other activity really has. The RipRacers, we've had for about a year now, and are fully decked out in accessories. They are an absolute blast. My HyperScrambler arrived last month, and on the few occasions I've been able to get out and ride here in NH, it has performed amazingly. The speed and range are awesome, as is the suspension. Having said that, I do have some nitpicks: The Scrambler's seat is basically concrete and is also pretty wide to pedal as on a normal bike. I found the rear suspension kind of difficult to adjust, although I was able to figure it out. I'm planning to throw some knobby tires on it, and honestly would've preferred to have that as an option when ordering the bike. If it came with tires similar to the Rip Racers, I'd be ecstatic. I also got the rear rack accessory, and it came with the two small bolts for under the handguard missing. The Rip Racers have held up very well; I'm pretty sure the one I passed down to my son has over 500 miles on it, with no issues. It would've been really cool if they had come with the front basket standard, though. Also, mine arrived with a bad cadence sensor that had to be replaced. I'd still recommend this model to anybody looking to get on a bike; super easy, single-speed, and just a lot of fun. My main complaint about the Rip Racers are that sometimes they feel a bit underpowered, and I'd have liked more range. If Juiced made a version that came with a 19 AH battery and 1000 watt motor, as well as a front suspension and included baskets for around $1500, it would be the perfect ebike for just about anybody. Customer service was amazing helping with the one issue I had, and I'd recommend either bike without hesitation.

Owned this bike for a couple weeks and I love it. Street, gravel, side walk are the bread and butter with the nice suspension set up. FAST and Efficient. The longest I have ridden it so far is for about 2.5h, seat could be comfier but it works, stopping and stretching the legs out helps a ton. Watch the instruction video a few times before putting it together since there are lots of key details only explained after a certain step is complete, tried to set it up by myself but it is 100x easier with another person. I am having tons of fun with this bike, it is a great mix of power, range, and comfort, especially if you don’t mind its mass and proportions. Tons of compliments and people will take photos and videos of me driving by. It is not a perfect bike, and it doesn’t have to be, since it is still nothing short of awesome.

I loved my 1st one so much I got another one! They are packaged so well everything was in tact shipping from coast to coast. I received them way before the actual date. I talked to several people on the phone and they bent over backwards to help me. I would highly recommend these bikes, they are like the Harley Davidsons of E-Bikes!
