The shipping left a lot to be desired, as it was delayed for reasons I’m still not 100% clear on. Either way, customer service handled the issue pretty quickly and threw in additional complementary attachments. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

Shipping of the bench was quick but any separate attachments that don't come with the bench take to long. I'm still waiting for an attachment been well over a month & there response is it's on its way but still no delivery. The tracking number they send you is no help.
