I really like the idea of having a mobile app to demonstrate how to use the ZenoGym and to provide a structured workout. From my personal experience the app would be more useful to me if it got more of the basics right. For example, there’s no native casting option to play the videos on a larger screen. On iPhone screen mirroring is possible, but every time I use that option the video and audio get out of sync so the audio doesn’t match what the instructor is doing. Also, I don’t really care for the leaderboard/community features because they seem fake and it feels like that feature may be slowing the app down? I’d much rather have a snappy app that reliably plays workout videos than be able to see how someone I don’t know is doing in their workout. The Apple Watch integration is a nice touch too, but still feels buggy. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Thanks for all your work getting this far. I love the concept of ZenoGym as a whole, and I hope this helps to make the mobile app UX better.

Overall it was a good experience. The bench was well packed. Delivery took a little longer than I had hoped - but that's to be expected these days.

Although it took 18 days(forever) for FedEx to deliver my package, Zeno Gymt has definitely exceeded my expectations. I will be using this equipment every day.

Shipping wasn't as quick as I thought it would be but I sent a quick email to support and Vanessa was super quick to respond and provide an update on my order. I have not had any issues thus far with my product. Very satisfied.

Shipping was fine, within 2 weeks of purchase and they had emailed me that shipping was backed up due to national shipping issues at that time. The only thing that bothered me was that they had a statement on the website that said that they would “ship immediately” which is misinformation since they didn’t even start shipping it until 6 days later… which is fine! Just don’t give misinformation is all :)

Great gym, great materials. Fast shipping, and for the money, best home work out that doesn't take up your whole lower floor of your home.

Very easy process, shipping came early. The only reason I give it 4 stars , You promoted the free board the day after I placed order (it was still in processing) with no way to add it to my order and being 5'0 it would have helped other than that I'm 100% satisfied
