Disappointed in returns process. I tried to call one day because they received my order four days prior, yet the was no credit pending on my cc account. No one answered the phone or returned my calls, finally emailed and someone answered that it might be 3 or 4 more days. Total of up to eight days after they received return? Haven't checked my credits yet today.

Shipping was prompt

Besides two of the three pairs of pants I purchased were not true to size the company itself was great. Bought 3 pairs of pants on a super sale, at checkout, the discount was not applying. Purchased pants anyhow, wrote an e-mail the next day and was credited the discount!!! Wound up giving two of the three pants away due to final sale tho…. Sigh 😞
