It is well built, fabric feels really high quality, and the chair is so comfy. Nice size and the motorized recline is fantastic.

Chair arrived unharmed, and was easy enough to tote up to the second floor nursery.

While I love the daybed, the customer service is beyond good. Thank you to the Monte team, even when a customer makes a mistake, they help rescue the customer.
