These eye patches are lifesaving every time. They leave my under eyes looking bright and feeling awake. I keep them in the fridge for extra coolness. Just started using sunrise service and so far I am happy with how it leaves my skin feeling, especially before an early morning zoom meeting (I live on the west coast working east coast hours :P

The only reason I haven't given a 1-star is because of how much I LOVE these masks. Your customer service is lacking severely. I’ve reached out twice in the past month about the same issue with my last order, and never received a response at all. There was an auto response after my first time reaching out letting me know it would be 3-5 business days for someone to contact me. I am currently on my 27th business day and still, there is no response.

Painfully slow customer service and shipping. No one responded for a week. took 3 weeks to get 10 little packets. Shipped in a gigantic box when you could have used an envelope.
