I recently installed both the
I recently installed both the Alpha HD air springs and quick mount SD compressor. Both products are well designed and made. As a package they have no problem with my 15k pound 5th wheel and have smoothed out the ride. I chose Pacbrake over Airlift (which I have installed in my old half ton) because of their more durable design in both the bags and bracketing. The bags were much easier to install with fewer parts than the Airlift. The blue tooth connection via the App has been strong and trouble free. Now a few tips on the install- I ran a 4 way to connect the bags, compressor, and manual fill line out the license plate bolt hole. The manual fill line is for back-up in case the compressor fails. I also ran a quick connect shut-off valve near the compressor in case a check valve or other component leaks air which would have also rendered the manual fill line useless without isolating the compressor line. I ran the airline that had to cross my exhaust in a 2700F resistant sleeve from Autozone. Lastly, since I don’t tow all the time I ran the compressor to one of my Auxiliary switches (which are post ignition) to avoid unnecessary power cycling with the frequent starts of the truck. Not necessary but doesn’t hurt. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with both the bags and compressor.

Over all construction is pretty
Over all construction is pretty good. Install was fairly easy. Remote is a great thought but I would look into a different style next time I purchase air bags. Short battery life and touch screen doesn't do well with cold or dirty hands

So far, PacBrake seems ok.

This compressor was easy to
This compressor was easy to install and wire. The phone app is easy to use but a little glitchy. Also, it's not great that the system doesn't "maintain" the last setting. The phone app has three preset pressures which can be customized by name and pressure. Most of the time when I fire up the app, the three fields appear blank. If I choose one while it's blank the system dumps all the air and goes to zero. If I choose one when the preset that I designed shows, it goes to the correct preset. This is glitchy. The system does not have a maintenance mode (like AirLift does) that will maintain the last setting. Once you close the app, it basically shuts off and remembers nothing. This makes it essentially a manual device. I set the pressure with the app, which is cumbersome. If there is a small leak or if the atmospheric pressure changes, up altitude, down altitude, trailer on, trailer off etc, I have to go back in and set the pressure again. It has no idea what I told it most recently. It seems like a simple computer chip or software adjustment would fix this.

Fast prompt service from ordering
Fast prompt service from ordering to delivery. I am very impressed with the customer service (not having a clue what I needed) to now knowing exactly what systems work for us and your rep explaining things to me and making me feel comfortable purchasing the product. Excellent quality and robust. Will not deal with another brand again. You are our go to now.

I bought the "Pro" because
I bought the "Pro" because I wanted to leave them at 0psi when I'm not towing. The Pro has a bumpstop inside to facilitate this. At 0 psi, my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic 4x2 is riding on the bumpstops. It is super uncomfortable. Maybe the 4x4 truck has more room in this area to allow some travel before hitting the stops, but mine is on them at ride height. At least that's what I'm feeling. Super bouncy and stiff even with no air in the bags. It seems to help a little to put a few psi in them, but that raises the back of the truck which isn't ideal. The build quality seems really good and they bolted in easily, FWIW. I was bombarded with advertising from PacBrake saying how much better the build quality is. Honestly I would rather have to replace parts now and then than be uncomfortable for 200k miles.
