The shipping and delivery is great, the pillow is quality and it is truly adjustable! Prepare yourself for the long and drawn out time it takes to find what works, I have tried about 7 options some are good some are not, some cause pain some are ok it is not working for me yet. Hopefully I find the right balance and it becomes great, so far I’m undecided on the pillow.
