I needed a piece of equipment right away and they had the best price. I call to confirm if I ordered the item it was in stock. They confirmed in stock and would ship same day. Three days I called left a VM to get a status update because no answer. For the next week I called emailed and texted every day without a response. 7 days later I canceled the order. The next day I got an email saying they were working on the getting the item ordered. I tried calling and got no answer. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card and order from somewhere else. The other supplier shipped me the unit and I had it next day. Do not order from this company.
