I purchased an item and, after waiting for awhile, tried to cancel that order. Despite the order status still being 'processing', my cancellation request was denied under the claim that my order had already shipped. This would have been fine if the status showed 'shipped', but it didn't. The only status I ever saw was 'processing' until the item actually arrived. I understand the reasoning behind denying my cancellation request, but from my end I was well within policy to cancel my request. For most of the interactions I had I felt like I was being scammed.
