Delay in shipment but shoes are great

Terrible experience. I went to order one pair, however staff member recommended another (I'm not thinking because that is what they had in stock). That was a mistake, I was looking for low grip shoes, and the ones recommended turned out to have a high grip. When I went for exchange, they told me they wouldn't refund taxes, telling me that they'd already submitted taxes to the government. Since that isn't the way taxes work, it was clearly a lie. I will no longer do business with Taygra as the lie to their customers.

I love my shoes! I was looking for dance shoes that will work on floors that aren't meant for dancing, and Taygra delivered! I would purchase again.

The shoes were too small and felt cheap. I submitted a return and have been waiting 2, going on 3, days to receive an email with further instruction. I was going to try a different shoe from Taygra, but now I just want to get some Fuegos instead.

Great experience with my first order of Urbanos. They arrived quickly and the fit was perfect. Going to be my new dance shoes.

Inconsistent sizing. Had to return. Replacement order for some reason didn't make the next international shipment it was supposed to be on, and now the latest shipment has been unexpectedly and significantly delayed. It's been over 4 months and I still don't have my Taygras. They offered me 10% off my NEXT order which really doesn't seem like sufficient compensation. In the meantime my new Swayds broke. Back to dancing in my breaking down TOMS :( Fingers crossed this pair gets here soon and fits. Otherwise I'll order 3 different sizes in a style and color they keep consistently in stock in the US and bite the bullet on the restocking fee. I'm excited to have indoor/outdoor shoes--and I respect that the company is growing rapidly--but the amount of waiting is getting seriously ridiculous.

Around Thanksgiving, I ordered shoes for my wife assuming they would arrive before Christmas - or at least before her first comps in January. Instead, in early January we were finally notified that the shipment had apparently gone missing and we would be updated whenever they found the shoes. Which we are still waiting for Jan 5th (5 weeks after making the purchase). They offered us a 10% apology discount on future purchases but that doesn’t feel particularly commensurate to me.

Such a long wait with delays you welcome to credit back my credit card with 10% instead of discount for future purchases

Over a month and nobody knows where my shoes are. Taygra really needs to warehouse shoes in the US and not use USPS.

Still waiting to receive 2 of the pairs that were ordered. So far, I only received 1 pair out of the 3 that I ordered.

I have not received the shoes I ordered. I never received a tracking number. This is the third time I have expressed my concern on delivery
